DeMarcus Cousins fought with a fan and had drinks thrown on him in Puerto Rico
The former NBA star caused a scene in Puerto Rico.
It wasn’t that long ago that DeMarcus Cousins was one of the best big men in the NBA. During the 2017-2018 season he averaged 25.2 points, 12.9 rebounds, and 5.4 assists — now he’s in Puerto Rico averaging two grabbed nuts and three threatened punches.
Cousins was absolutely incensed by a fan court-side while playing for the Guaynabo Mets of the Puerto Rican BSN, and things got way out of hand.

It’s unclear what caused this to pop off outside of it being characterized as an “argument between the player and a fan,” though it’s possible something was said that crossed a line as far as Cousins was concerned. Cousins was ejected as a result of fighting with the fan, and things didn’t stop there.
Upon leaving the court he was screamed at by more fans who were flipping him off, at which point he tried to grab a fan, had drinks thrown on him, and then attempted to go after more fans.

This incident came just over a month since Cousins returned to the Guaynabo Mets. It’s unclear at this time whether or not he’ll be suspended by the league for his actions.
