As part of our season review series, let’s look back on the best moments and games of Dalton Knecht’s season.

As we review the season of every player for the Lakers, we’ll also take a daily look at the moments, games and quotes that fans enjoyed most from this season. Today, we continue with Dalton Knecht.

It’s hard to imagine a rookie season filled with more drama and storylines than Dalton Knecht’s. While he bounced in and out of the rotation as any rookie is prone to do, he was also involved in a mid-season trade...and the mid-season rescinding of a trade.

Mix in a highlight performance or two and you have the makings of a season that will be hard to replicate.

When reminiscing on the most memorable moments of the season, it’s hard to venture past his outing against the Jazz. Knecht caught fire, hitting nine 3-pointers en route to 37 points.

If there’s a specific moment from that game that was the best, it was Jazz head coach Will Hardy flaming his own team for not defending Knecht during his explosive third quarter.

There was also the game against the Grizzlies not long before his explosion against Utah where he helped the Lakers rally in the second half en route to a victory.

Even if his season ended on a bit of a low note as he fell out of the rotation, it was a very encouraging rookie campaign with plenty of fun, memorable nights.

So, what was your favorite Bronny moment, whether it be a quote like above, a game, a player or anything in between? Let us know below!
