Kansas transfer guard David Coit commits to Maryland

Buzz Williams has made another move in the transfer portal.
Kansas transfer guard David Colt has committed to Maryland, he announced Tuesday.
The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 5.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game in his Senior year. Coit still retains his eligibility as he has only played for three seasons, starting with Northern Illinois in 2022.
Maryland has been active in the transfer portal under their new head coach. They have secured Indiana transfer Myles Rice and Texas A&M transfers Pharell Payne and Solomon Washington, who followed Williams from Texas to Maryland.
