Celtics vs Bucks live on Playback with Fear the Sword

Boston will look to cool Milwaukee’s fire.

The Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks lead a Friday night NBA showdown. You can watch the game live on Playback with Tony Pesta and Jackson Flickinger.

The Celtics are seen by many as the team to beat in the Eastern Conference. Serving as the reigning champs, Boston gets the benefit of the doubt even in spite of Cleveland’s roaring start to the season. Tonight we’ll see if Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown can fend off a Milwaukee team that is desperate to be in conversations with them.

Giannis Antetokounmpo gives you chance in any matchup. He’s been unbelieveable through the first quarter of the season, averaging 32.6 points, 11.6 rebounds and 6.6 assists. He’s canning mid-range shots at a career-best rate while doing everything in his power to lift the Bucks out of an early hole. Milwaukee began the year 2-8 but have improved to 9-2 since.

The key difference in this matchup is depth. Boston boasts one of the most luxurious and interchangble lineups in league histor — while the Bucks... are hoping to get a lot out of a little. Taruean Prince, who is probably to play tonight, is leading the NBA in three-point percentage. Outside of him, the Bucks’ bench is struggling to fill their roles.
