How to watch Warriors vs. Kings, Preseason Game 3

The Golden State Warriors finally return home to the Chase Center for their third preseason game, in Friday’s rematch against the Sacramento Kings. The game will be played at 7:00pm PT in San Francisco and can be watched on NBA TV and NBC Sports Bay Area.
Previously with the Warriors:
In Wednesday’s 122-112 victory over the Kings, the Warriors experimented with a new starting lineup. Brandin Podziemski joined Steph Curry in the backcourt, while Kevon Looney stepped in at center next to Draymond Green and Jonathan Kuminga to make up the frontcourt. The starting group played the first six minutes together but found themselves trailing 16-13 when head coach Steve Kerr called his first subs.
Having said that, the story of the night was Golden State’s shooting. They utilized every bit of their shooting depth with 10 different players hitting shots from beyond the arc for a total of 28 made-threes on the night.

What to watch for tonight:
The Warriors’ new emphasis on pace and space is giving their offense a fresh dynamic. Assistant coach Terry Stotts has integrated elements of his system—specifically the emphasis on flare and pindown screens—within Steve Kerr’s motion offense, enhancing the flow while increasing their three-point opportunities.

It involved two signature aspects of Stotts' offense with the Portland Trail Blazers: flare screens and pindown screens.

Although shooting 53.9% from deep, as they did Wednesday, may not be sustainable every night, fans can expect the Warriors to maintain a high volume on three-point attempts. Kerr has encouraged his players to shoot when they’re open, and so far, it’s paying off, as the Warriors have already launched 100 threes through their first two preseason games.
