The United States comes into this game off of an 88-74 win against Nigeria in the quarterfinals.
A’ja Wilson scored a team-high 20 points in the victory. Breanna Stewart added 13 points while Jackie Young, Wilson’s teammate with the Las Vegas Aces, scored 15 points.

Australia won’t go down easily. The Aussies easily defeated Serbia 85-67 in the quarterfinals and have a roster laden with WNBA talent.
Alanna Smith scored 22 points in that win over Serbia and pulled down 13 rebounds, while players like Ezi Magbegor, Sami Whitcomb and Jade Melbourne provided big minutes as well.
Lauren Jackson, arguably the greatest Australian basketball player of all time, did not play in that game, but has seen some action during these Olympics. Jackson previously spent time in the WNBA with the Seattle Storm.
