What’s the buzz on Twitter?

I can confirm that Mason Plumlee will be joining the Phoenix Suns and leaving the LA Clippers, per source. @wojespn first.
Plumlee leaves the Clippers after 1.5 seasons. Daniel Theis is an unrestricted free agent, and Ivica Zubac is only veteran center on team right now. – 10:00 PM

Mason Plumlee was No. 6 on my list of potential center targets for the Suns in free agency, but I wasn’t sure they’d be able to get him on a vet minimum. Great work to bolster the C rotation: bit.ly/4cdofTT9:57 PM

Now what would really make this interesting
Is if the Clippers have interest in Zeke Nnaji, who just got extended last year but saw Nuggets draft DaRon Holmes and re-sign DeAndre Jordan behind Nikola Jokic.

More on this storyline

Gerald Bourguet: According to @The_BBall_Index, no one contested more shots at the rim last year than Mason Plumlee on a per-75-possessions basis. Held opponents to 6.2% worse shooting at the rim, good passer as well -via Twitter @GeraldBourguet / June 30, 2024
