Steph and Ayesha Curry welcome new baby Caius Chai

The Currys’ fourth child was born on May 11th, 2024

On May 26th, Steph and Ayesha Curry announced via Steph’s Instagram that they had welcomed a new child, a baby boy named Caius Chai, earlier this month on May 11th.

“Our sweet baby boy decided to make an early arrival!!” Steph wrote on Instagram. “He’s doing great and we are finally settling in at home as a family of 6! So grateful!”

Caius Chai is the Currys’ fourth child, joining older siblings Riley (11), Ryan (8), and Canon (5). He is the Currys’ second son, after Canon, born in 2018.

Although many Warriors fans might be disappointed that the team didn’t make a playoff run this year, this is a great reminder that the athletes we love have personal lives off the court, and that an early offseason gave Steph the opportunity to be with his family while they prepared to welcome a new baby to the family.
