OK! previously reported royal commentator Jack Royston urged William to give British citizens an update on his wife.
"The public have a completely different perspective on the concept of medical privacy compared to the palace one," Royston said on the "Royal Report" podcast. "So, for the palace, respecting Kate’s privacy means leaving her to her own devices and giving her as long as the doctors suggest she needs and that’s the end of it."
"To the public, letting Kate have the time off was respecting her privacy," the correspondent shared. "I think they do genuinely have some sympathy for the palace not wanting to go into too much detail about the specifics of her diagnosis. But most ordinary people just see no reason why the royals wouldn’t want to release a picture of her."
On Thursday, February 29, William went to the Western Marble Arch Synagogue to fight against the increase of anti-Jewish hate in the U.K., and the future king shared Kate’s thoughts on the issue.
"He mentioned her during a visit to Western Marble Arch Synagogue in London," Royston said. "So, this was a job highlighting the rise in antisemitism since the October 7 attack by Hamas in Israel and the Israeli war against Hamas in Gaza that followed, so Williams said ‘both Catherine and I are extremely concerned about the rise of antisemitism .'"
"Now, to the public, there’s just absolutely no logical reason why William can say how Kate feels about antisemitism, but can’t say how she’s been finding the past six weeks since surgery," he continued.
As William continues to juggle his duties and caring for the princess, Kate’s uncle Gary Goldsmith talked about his niece on Celebrity Big Brother.
"She’s getting the best care in the world and all the family has done is put the wagons around and looked after family first before anything else," Goldsmith shared. "They put a statement out that just said: ‘We will take some time to recoup and we’ll see you in Easter.'"
"I’ve heard mixed things about Kate and I don’t want to make a comment , but whatever it is, we want her to come back," Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu told Goldsmith. "She’s amazing. She will be back. Of course, she will."

"Apparently, Kate also schooled Meghan in some of those English conventions which you may not think about as an arriving American," Bidisha said (via Express) on Channel 5's Kate: Our Queen in Waiting documentary.
"What are all those unspoken rules that you need to follow if you are a royal, and that makes me think when it is her time to be the Queen, she herself is going to be a kinder woman opening success in generations," she continued.

Etiquette consultant William Hanson also said, at the time of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding, that Markle would not have a specific tutor. The new member will be trained by the royal household and the other members who have "married in" will pass on their knowledge to the newest addition.
"As the most recent person to marry into the Royal Family The Duchess of Cambridge will be of the most use to Meghan, I would imagine," he added. "I suspect Catherine will be passing on an array of things she has learned – some the hard way – to Meghan, mainly focussing on wardrobe pitfalls and traps and perhaps also conversational techniques too."

Markle said she had already forgiven Middleton and even complimented Prince William's wife, saying, she is a "good person." The Duchess of Sussex added that she protected that story from leaking, so she was surprised when months after her wedding the reverse of the story made headlines.
An insider said that the two duchesses are already on good terms after baby Lili's arrival.
"Lili'sTensions have eased between Meghan and Kate," an unnamed source told Us Weekly. "Kate even sent Meghan a gift for the baby. They're in a better place and have exchanged texts since the birth of Lilibet."

Buckingham Palace has already announced the coronation day for King Charles next year. Vanity Fair royal editor Katie Nicholl weighed in on who will be invited to the event and what Prince William's role will be in the ceremony.
Prince William Will Have A Key Role In Father King Charles' Coronation Ceremony
The author of The New Royals spoke with Entertainment Tonight about the details of King Charles' coronation. According to her, close and extended family members are expected to witness the event. She also heard that the new Prince of Wales will have a key role during the ceremony.
"We are certainly expecting extended family, close family members to be at the coronation," Nicholl told ET. "The Prince of Wales, Prince William -- my understanding from sources close to the prince is that he is going to have a very key role. He will be heavily involved, and not just with the planning of the coronation, but the actual ceremony itself."
She didn't go into details as to what Kate Middleton's husband's key role would be. Instead, Nicholl said King Charles' coronation would be different from Queen Elizabeth's. Prince Charles' coronation will be televised, but the service will be shorter. It will last for an hour instead of three hours, and the number of people invited will be fewer.
Queen Elizabeth invited 8,000 VIPs and dignitaries. King Charles is expected to have fewer guests, around 2,000, Nicholl added.
"It's not the case that the Abbey is going to look empty by any means, and in terms of pomp and pageantry, what're we going to see -- lots of concerns over here in the U.K. that might also be scaled back, but my sources assure me that there will be plenty of spectacle, pomp and all the pageantry you can expect for a ceremony that is really nearly 1,000 years old," the Harry: Life, Love and Loss author added.
Queen Consort Camilla Wants Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Present At The Coronation
Several sources claimed that Prince Harry has still not forgiven his stepmother, Queen Consort Camilla, for having an affair with his father while the latter was still married to his mom, Princess Diana. However, Camilla had been trying to help the father and son mend their fences.
Camilla is "very keen" for Prince Harry and Markle to attend King Charles' coronation. However, the decision would be up to Prince William's brother and sister-in-law.
"It's going to be a decision for Harry and Megan to make," she said. "In my book, The New Royals, I do talk about how behind the scenes, Camilla has done really everything she can to try and bring this family back together, and press the importance of trying to move on from this rift, and I think she would be very pleased, as would the king for Harry and Meghan to be at the coronation."
King Charles' coronation falls on the same day as Prince Harry and Markle's son Archie's 4th birthday. Nicholl clarified that the schedule was not a snub to the Sussexes. In her opinion, it's a "happy coincidence."
"Having the coronation on Archie's birthday is definitely not a snub. I think it's very much a happy coincidence," Nicholl explained. "Obviously, a huge amount of planning has to go into an important moment in history, such as a coronation, and the royal calendar is full of anniversaries and birthdays, so I think this is absolutely one of those occasions where it's a coincidence and hopefully a happy coincidence
