Duke, Kansas Get An Early Season Showdown
Set your travel plans for Lost Wages in November!
Well this sounds like fun: Duke and Kansas are going to meet in the 2024 Vegas Showdown in November.
The undercard will be between Furman and Seattle, and Furman will also get a game at KU while Seattle will visit Cameron.
It’s way early to know a whole lot about Kansas, but obviously they’ll have Hunter Dickinson and he’s going to be a major test for the Blue Devils. People expect Khaman Maluach to start at center and that seems likely, but you never know until you actually do, so don’t get too carried away with matchups just yet. There are things you just can’t know, like for instance why Zagsblog has a five-year old Tweet on the frontpage. Who knows?
Maluach is immensely promising but Dickinson is a grown man. That’ll be fun to watch.
Also, people are going to focus on Cooper Flagg. This will be quite early in the season for such a big game -it’s going to be on November 26th - and the two elite programs always have great games. So strap on for this one - it’s going to be fun.
