Whether you think it was the Jared McCain show or you were wowed at the performance of Jaylen Blakes, there was no question that Duke’s backcourt brought their A-game against the Charlotte 49ers.

The Duke Basketball Roundup breaks down all the positive signs we saw from the Blue Devils in their win against a pretty good Charlotte club. With Tyrese Proctor still nursing a sprained ankle, Duke needed other guys to step up.

The week off from games seems to have fixed some things for Duke as several of the issues that have cropped up in recent games — especially involving both offensive and defensive assists — were much better in this contest. The DBR Podcast has all the details.
