[Women's Basketball] WBB Tournament Bracket Released

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - (TOURNAMENT PAGE) - The pairings are set for the 2022 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Women's Basketball Tournament. The tournament opens with the higher seeds hosting on Feb. 22. Indiana Tech sits as the top seed after capturing the conference championship with a 19-1 league record and host No. 8-seeded Madonna. 

Second-seeded Rochester landed as the second seed and hosts No. 7-seeded UM-Dearborn. Third-seeded Siena Heights takes on sixth-seeded Aquinas in a rematch of an opening game from last year's tournament. Fourth-seeded Concordia plays host to No. 5 Lawrence Tech, also for the second time in as many years.

The semifinals are slated for Feb. 25 with the championshpip set for March 1. The winner of the conference tournament receives the league's second automatic berth to the NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship Opening Round.
