A Stroll Down Bracketology Lane

NCAA Basketball: Big Ten Tournament
Mar 13, 2020; Indianapolis, Indiana, USA; A 2020 Final Four Atlanta flag flies above the NCAA Headquarters building following the cancellation of the Division I mens and womens 2020 basketball tournaments as well as all remaining winter and spring NCAA championships due to the Covid 19 Covid 19 coronavirus pandemic. Atlanta was to be the site of the 2020 mens Final Four.  | Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Who’s thinking what and where they see Duke?

Scott did a really nice analysis yesterday on where the bracketology stands right now for Duke so we’re not going to replicate that much less improve on it, but we did want to point out a couple of things.

First, ESPN has Duke currently as one of the first four out, behind Stanford and UConn. Joe Lunardi is really good at this stuff so it’s hard to disagree with him.

However, USAToday does, putting the Blue Devils in and to add insult to injury, at least if you’re interested in Syracuse’s odds, taking the Orange’s place in their reckoning.

If you’re curious about Jerry Palm’s take over at CBSSports.com, he hasn’t updated since Duke’s win over Syracuse and neither he, nor USAToday have factored in Michigan State’s upset of Illinois Tuesday night yet which pushes them up as well. Neither has ESPN for that matter, so we’d say check back a bit later and see what’s new.
