KYLIE Jenner “fears for her daughter Stormi’s safety” as she filed a restraining order against the gatecrasher subdued by NBA star DeMar Derozona.
The intruder had intentions to break into the Kylie Cosmetics mogul’s home but instead went into the basketball player’s.
According to TMZ‘s sources, a shirtless man broke into DeMar’s home back on November 19, 2020, and made his way up to his second floor, where he encountered one of the basketball player’s children.
When the child ran off to tell her 31-year-old father, DeMar rushed upstairs, came “face-to-face” with him, and then “chased the man out of his home.”
Sources close to the police investigation then alleged that the man, whose name is Justin Bergquist, according to TMZ, ran away before coming back a second time.
He was stopped by security officers before he could sneak into the gated community once more.
The man revealed that his true target had been Kylie’s home, sources further revealed.
He was then arrested and charged with one count of felony burglary.
Following the intruder’s revelation, Kylie then filed a restraining order against him, both TMZ and The Blast reported.
According to the court documents obtained by The Blast, the man had allegedly traveled all the way from North Dakota to California to meet her in her home.
In her declaration, Kylie wrote: “I am informed that on Thursday, November 19, 2020…(a person) broke into a home in the same cul-de-sac as my residence. (He) was scared off by one of the residents and fled.
“I am informed he was later captured and arrested when attempting to reenter the gated neighborhood in his vehicle. I am informed that upon being arrested, he stated he was there for ‘Kylie’ but went into the wrong house.
“I am also informed that he spontaneously stated to the arresting deputies that he was there to meet “Kylie.’ I am informed he traveled from North Dakota for the purpose of meeting me.”
The worried mom continued: “There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to be contacting me or coming to my home. I do not share publically where I reside.
“The fact that he was able to ascertain where I reside, attempted to gain access to my home and in fact, broke into a home that he believed to be mine scares me.
“I have a young child and I also fear for her safety.”
