Raptors Schedule Released
Buckle up ladies and gents, the Raptors schedule is out.
Here it is:
The subject to change part is important to highlight because, obviously, something can go awry due to COVID-19 and we could see a lot of schedules change. No longer in the Walt Disney bubble, things are less certain.
For the second year in a row the Raptors get to open up the season against the New Orleans Pelicans. Only, this time the optics aren’t “Defending Champs vs. Zion” but “Extremely good team vs. Zion”. And the Raptors should win again, too. Lots of back to backs in here to save on travel/movement, so playstyles could get really creative for teams trying to win a back-to-back series, or really rigid for their second game against a team they’re much better than. We’ll see.
Raps national TV games in the first half:
Jan 2 @ New Orleans, NBA TV
Jan. 16 vs. Charlotte, NBA TV
Jan. 24 @ Indiana, NBA TV
Feb. 5 @ Brooklyn, ESPN
Feb. 18 @ Milwaukee, TNT
Feb. 24 @ Miami, ESPN
March 4 @ Boston, TNT— Blake Murphy (@BlakeMurphyODC) December 4, 2020
It looks like the Raptors have some pretty fun matchups for National TV. A 7-0 start in these games would be unlikely, but who knows?
Can’t wait to see how this all unfolds.
Have a blessed day.
