Cleveland starts at home on Dec. 23 against Charlotte.

The first half of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 2020-21 schedule is out.

Per a press release, the Cavs will start their season on Dec. 23 at home against the Charlotte Hornets. The first half of the schedule contains 38 of the 72 games the team will play this year with the second half being released at a later date. Twenty-two games will take place against Eastern Conference teams and 16 against Western Conference teams.

Highlights from Cleveland’s schedule, which can be found in full here, includes:

Cleveland’s longest road trip is six games long, taking place over 11 days from Dec. 31-Jan. 9. There are also nine sets of back-to-back games.

The Cavs will also have 300 fans max in attendance for games with the “limited amount of tickets for each home game” made available to family and associates of players and coaches. Within that 300 numbers, a “small inventory for members of Wine & Gold United (the team’s official season ticket-based year-round membership club), as well as other team partners” will also be made available.

“We are thrilled to have Cavaliers basketball back inside Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and look forward to treating any fans and guests in attendance to an exceptional home game experience in a safe, healthy and comfortable environment,” said Cavaliers and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse CEO Len Komoroski said in statement. “We have the utmost confidence in our deep level of preparation and the health and safety measures in place, which have been reviewed by local health authorities, certified by leading venue consultants, and endorsed by the Cleveland Clinic. While this remains a journey, it is an important starting point for us with very limited fan access. At the same time, we hope access can grow over the course of the season as the associated health and safety landscape evolves and improves.”
