Warriors players react to NBA suspending the season over coronavirus pandemic
The coronavirus is suspending the NBA season. Here are some reactions from Warriors players including Steph Curry
On Wednesday night, the NBA announced that games would be suspended indefinitely due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The decision came following the news that Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert had contracted the virus. It was later revealed that Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell had also tested positive. On Thursday, it was reportedly decided that the suspension would be for a minimum of 30 days.
That, combined with the NCAA’s decision to cancel March Madness, means we’re going to be without basketball for quite some time.
It’s safe to say that everyone who plays in the NBA has some strong feelings on the matter. A few Golden State Warriors players shared their thoughts on social media, covering a wide range of sentiments. Check it out:
