MILWAUKEE — At the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, there is a section of particularly boisterous fans in the lower bowl, behind one of the baskets. They are constantly chanting and singing, sometimes in favour of the Bucks and sometimes with taunts aimed at the visiting team. It’s the kind of thing most often seen at soccer stadiums, but basketball teams are importing the technique now. The practice seems to have mostly caught on in places where the home team stunk for at least a few years.
