Drive-By Polling

We’re sure he’s a good guy but this is just stupid.

In this week’s polls the ACC did fairly well: Duke is back up to #2 in both - we favor the coaches poll so we’ll be referring to that instead of the AP’s.

Virginia is #3, FSU #10, UNC #13 and Virginia Tech #14.

That’s five out of 25 so not too shabby. Obviously Miami is long gone and Clemson has dropped out too.

In a bizarre twist, an AP voter apparently thinks that if a team doesn’t play a game in an opposing school’s gym he shouldn’t vote for it.

So he left Duke, Kansas and Tennesee, Auburn and Texas Tech off.

That’s just nuts. When rules make you do stupid things it’s time to change them.
