Before losing in overtime, Grayson Allen came THIS CLOSE to putting Duke in the Final Four
Kansas won in overtime. Here’s how close Duke came.
GOODNESS GRACIOUS. Grayson Allen was a slight roll away from becoming a Duke Icon. pic.twitter.com/NxLqC3465s

Kansas and Duke gave us an Elite Eight game worthy of the hype. The game went to overtime after Kansas tied it on a three from Svi Mykhailiuk and Duke’s Grayson Allen missed a floater to win at the buzzer. The Jayhawks prevailed in OT, 85-81.
Mykhailiuk’s shot came after he missed two wide open threes in the final five minutes.
This was cold-blooded:

Allen almost made it moot, but his shot just rolled off the rim. It turned out to be Duke’s last best chance to win the game.
