Jordan Peele is gladly accepting kudos for the buzzer beater Michigan’s Jordan Poole made
Congrats, Jordan!
Just when you think things can’t get any better for Jordan Peele. He won an Academy Award for best original screenplay for Get Out, he gets on the court for Michigan-Houston and delivers a buzzer beater for the Wolverines.
I wanna thank everyone for the congratulatory messages. When you practice your jump shot as much as I have, you just hope one day it’ll pay off.

Well, not exactly.
The player who hit the three to win the game on Saturday is named Jordan Poole.

With just 3.6 seconds left in the game and down two points, Michigan heaved the ball across the court and with an extra pass, found Poole at the arc. He made a long three to win it in a thriller.
But that’s still not stopping Twitter users from congratulating Jordan Peele. He’s gladly taking the admiration for the ice in his veins too. And who wouldn’t? When you’re having a stellar year, you take all the positivity that comes your way.
But if you would like to congratulate Michigan’s Jordan Poole, you can do so at his Twitter handle, @JordanPoole_2. I’m sure he would gladly accept the compliments because, you know, he’s the one that actually made that clutch shot.
Congrats Jordan Peele Poole!
