Look how much Nick Chubb hates the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ ride at Disneyland
Chubb experienced the full range of human emotions.
Georgia is in the Rose Bowl Playoff semifinal on New Year’s Day. That’s in Southern California. Disneyland is also in Southern California. Ergo, Georgia (and also Oklahoma) went to Disneyland in the days leading up to the game.
This is what happened when UGA running back Nick Chubb (and coach Kirby Smart and others) rode the park’s Guardians of the Galaxy ride:

I want you to focus in on Chubb, who’s sitting on the right in the Georgia tracksuit. Look and marvel at how many different things Chubb feels at various points.
Before the ride begins: clear concern.
Shortly after it starts: a begrudging attempt to have fun:
Then: genuine relief.
But then: unbridled horror.
And then: relief, because maybe it will all be OK after all.
But then: a realization that he may not be long for this experience.
And then: the darkest terror yet.
And finally: euphoria at the conclusion of the ride.
Here’s what Chubb was looking at throughout his journey:
I encourage you and your family to visit Disneyland and have a magical time.
