'NBA 2K18' rates LeBron James higher than Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard

LeBron James will start the season ranked higher than Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard and Steph Curry in NBA 2K18. His 97 overall rating was announced in a group picture with Dwyane Wade, who will start out as an 84 overall.

These ratings will change over the course of the year, as 2K updates players ratings daily.
We know of 52 NBA 2K18 ratings so far, and James, Durant (96) and Leonard (95) lead the way in that order. Steph Curry (94) is just behind them.

We’re still waiting on the reveal of last season’s MVP and MVP runner-up in Russell Westbrook and James Harden’s ratings. Those are probably the only two remaining who can challenge LeBron’s 97 overall.
NBA 2K18 is set to release on Sept. 19, and the Prelude to the game is set to drop on Sept. 8.
