[Baseball] Thunderstorms Suspend Play Between UAV and DU

Playing under the threat of thundershowers throughout, the darkening skies finally opened up in the top of the 5th inning, suspending the game between Antelope Valley and Davenport (Mich.) indefinitely due to lightening strikes and rain.

When play was stopped, the Pioneers trailed the Panthers 5-1.

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch until midnight tonight, and the forecast is for more thunderstorms through Wednesday.
