Nike

0 1
Front Office Sports reported that, last Friday, after Nike announced a significant drop in forecasted earnings, the stock fell 20%. That cost investors $28B in one fell swoop. The company is facing pressure from competing, less expensive brands (New Balance, for instance) and are working on developing some less expensive footwear.

I'm not a finance expert, so I have no idea how this could affect Nike's investments in team support/apparel in the future.
