New football stadium on campus?

So I was up a the Flight Deck yesterday prior to the bball game and 2 older guys sat down and we started casually talking about all things UD sports related. All of a sudden one of the guys said UD is ready to announce that they will be building a new football stadium up where the intramural fields are, up by Stuart Hall. He didn't know much else, but said one of the factors was to get more student attendance at the games. Anyone know anything about this, or is this just BS from a random old codger?
