[Baseball] BENU Extends Win Streak to 17 Games

Benedictine Mesa, riding a 17-game win streak, moved into the national rankings last week, jumping up to No. 24 in the latest NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll.  The Redhawks won four games last week, topping Ottawa (Ariz.) 7-5 on Tuesday before sweeping a three-game set with visiting Saint Katherine over the weekend.  BENU posted back-to-back shutouts over the Firebirds on Friday and came back the next day to eke out a 4-3 victory.
