[Cross Country] Upplegar and Harding named XC Runners of the Week

Conner Upplegar of Lawrence Tech and Molly Harding of Aquinas were named this week's Cross Country Runners of the Week in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC). Upplegar finished first at the Oberlin Inter Regional Rumble in a time of 25:03 to take the men's weekly honor. Harding won the women's honor with her seventh-place finish at the Jayhawk Invitational.
