Video of the day: Firefighters rescue puppies trapped by giant tortoise
The San Bernadino Fire Department rescued two puppies trapped in an underground tortoise den in Yucca Valley, California. The puppies were stuck in the den for hours with a 100 pound tortoise blocking the exit. The firefighters couldn’t lure the tortoise out with food, so they dug an access hole to rescue the dogs.
