Siena men's basketball hires Darius Theus as assistant coach

Theus, 31, spent the past four seasons as director of player development at Virginia Commonwealth University, his alma mater. As a player, he helped the Rams reach the Final Four in 2011.
“I’m excited to add Darius Theus to our staff,” Siena head coach Carmen Maciariello said in a news release. “Bottom line, he’s a winner. He will be integral in our success both on and off the court, and a welcome addition to our staff.”
