Don't shoot the messenger...
I don't understand the trade exemptions, salary cap restrictions, etc....
But, on paper a trade of Hayes and Graham to Portland for Josh Hart works. Maybe there are better ways to add a tall, defensive minded guard who can also shoot, but maybe we could entice Portland somehow?
Just a fan who loves the Pels, loves Josh Hart, and had a suggestion...
