[Cal Pac] Soka's De Groot Named Male Scholar Athlete of the Year

Yauri De Groot of Soka University of America has been selected as the recipient of the Dr. Jim Davies Award as the 2019-20 Male Scholar Athlete of the Year in the California Pacific Conference.  The annual honor, voted on by the conference athletic directors, is awarded to the student-athlete who best embodies the Champions of Character in competition, in the classroom, and in the community.  De Groot was selected from an outstanding field of qualified and committed student-athletes from all the Cal Pac institutions.
