Fletcher is a former Australian Rules Football player for Essendon who gave up the AFL to try and make it over here as a Punter. Seems to be working out well so far. His father is an AFL star player so this was an interesting move on Mason's part. ProKick Australia trained him. It's the same outfit that brought us James Smith.
Fletcher is currently 19 and was drafted by Essendon as a 17 year old.
