I'm trying to verify the offer but a Kentucky site is stating there is one. He has high major offers including one from Houston. Just visited UK before the shutdown. He's from Teays Valley Christian School in Scott Depot WV. There was some speculation he might reclassify but he's definitely 2021 at this point.
