Ousmane is listed as a 2020 recruit out of Putnam Science Academy, a top tier basketball school in CT. Another guy the services haven't ranked for whatever reason. He was a Cleveland State commit in 2019 and had to go postgrad at PSA. Had an offer from Texas A&M and GTown also.
