Suns Provide Support for Animal Rescue and Inmate Rehabilitation, Award MASH Unit with $500,000 Grant

The Phoenix Suns today presented the Maricopa County Sheriff Office Animal Safe Haven Unit, known as MASH, with a $500,000 grant towards its new building fund that will allow the organization to expand its rescue and rehabilitation efforts. MASH houses, socializes and rehomes animals from abuse and neglect criminal cases while providing inmates with quality animal education and therapeutic services.
