[Men's Soccer] UAV Upsets UCM to Snap Bobcats' Win Streak
Antelope Valley snapped a 20-match Cal Pac winning streak by No. 22 UC Merced by defeating the visiting Bobcats 2-1 last Saturday. The loss is the first regular-season conference loss for UCM since losing to Embry-Riddle exactly two years ago on Oct. 5, 2017, in Merced, Calif. The win is the second all time for UAV over UCM and is also the second win over a NAIA top-25 team this season, following the Pioneers' season-opening win over then-No. 22 Arizona Christian.
