Where to find Moon of Nokstella Talisman in Elden Ring

The Moon of Nokstella is a Legendary Talisman in Elden Ring that increases Memory Slots by two, expanding the available space for memorized Sorceries and Incantations. This Talisman functions similarly to a Memory Stone but will only raise the max number of Spell slots as long as Tarnished wears the Talisman. When the player removes the Moon of Nokstella, the equipped Spells in Elden Ring will return to being unequipped. As its name implies, the Moon of Nokstella is a treasure hidden within the Nokstella, Eternal City, a subterranean region similar to the Siofra River or Nokron. Furthermore, similar to Nokron, Nokstella is part of the same map as the Ainsel River, the section below the Eternal City. Tarnished can access the Ainsel River by taking the magical lift within the Ainsel River Well in eastern Liurnia of the Lakes.
