Kristaps Porzingis Downgraded to Doubtful Thursday vs. 76ers; Maxi Kleber Probable

Porzingis and Kleber were questionable heading into Thursday, but they’ve moved in different directions. Porzingis has missed the past two games due to lower back tightness, and he’s been downgraded to doubtful. Kleber missed their last game due to an ankle injury, but he’s been upgraded to probable.

Dwight Powell has started the past two games in place of Porzingis, and he would likely draw his third straight start if Porzingis is out vs. the 76ers. That said, Powell was limited to just 11 minutes in his last contest, and Willie Cauley-Stein and Boban Marjanovic saw more playing time off the bench. Marjanovic is particularly appealing from a fantasy perspective vs. the 76ers. He’s averaged 1.67 FanDuel points per minute over the past month, so he doesn’t need a ton of playing time to pay off his minimal salary.
