- Hot stove? Hot stove! Even before his last start was a good one, the Tigers have been fielding interest in pitcher Francisco Liriano. This is one reason why you can not have enough pitching.

- Jon Singleton, he of the $10 million deal before he ever set foot in the majors, was just released by the Astros. He was panned for taking such a team friendly, weird deal, but now the deal somehow looks bad for the Astros.
