BPAC UMPIRES BUILDING SKILLS PROGRAMME 24/25
Today’s tournaments are more demanding. Knowledge, rules interpretation, court management and communication skills always become a challenge.
With this program, the Panel of Assessors and Badminton Pan Am sought to improve these parameters through virtual and face-to-face sessions (2 phases) in which game situations, debates, experiences of the participants themselves and the Assessor of the programme, who will be in charge of guiding the participants, are presented. Thus, creating a high level of BPAC TOs throughout the Pan American Continent so that it can be replicated in their Member Associations.
