Level 1 Coaching Course Announced
Fancy becoming a coach? There is a Level 1 coaching course in Worcester where you can start your coaching journey. Here are all the details:
Worcestershire Level 1 Coaching Course
Dates
Day 1: Sunday 3rd November 2019 9:30am – 4:30pm
Day 2: Sunday 10th November 2019 9:30am – 4:30pm
Day 3: Sunday 24th November 2019 9:30am – 4:30pm
Venue: Nunnery Wood Sports Complex, Worcester, WR5 2NL
Cost: £215 (BE Members)
£225 (Non-Members)

Funding:
Badminton Gloucestershire and the Performance Centre offer help to fund the course in return for coaching and the following help is on offer:
Level 1 Course: 50% of the cost of the course in return for 10 coaching sessions once qualified.
Level 2 Course: 50% of the cost of the course in return for 15 coaching sessions once qualified.
**Please note you can only apply for funding from one of the County or PC, not both. Also this will be subject to approval by the committee dependent on budget and number of applicants.

With this you will receive additional support from the County or PC coaches and are welcome in sessions during your coaching course to achieve your target amount of coaching experience hours.
