Junior U14/U16 Open News …..
U14 Dorset Open
Dewi Rice and Jerome Brackley travelled to Bournemouth at the weekend for their last tournament of the season. Although Dewi had to retire from the singles event after his second game due to injury, these boys did it again and came home with a Bronze medal in the doubles. A fantastic end to a wonderful season. You boys are awesome!
U16 Dorset Open
Andrew Harrison won the bronze at the U16 Dorset Open. He played well with his scratch partner from Hampshire. The boys won their box convincingly without dropping a set. Into the semi final to play the number 1 seeds who unfortunately were just too strong. A great way to finish the season!
Cameron Matthews and Henry Wong were also in action winning their group and progressing to the quarter finals.
A huge well done to all the players from all age groups who have travelled far and wide to compete in the BE tournaments this season with an impressive medal haul between them!
