Two Titles Each for Lin and He at U19 National Champs
Ying Lin and Victoria He have won two titles each at the 2017 Australian U19 Championships in an exciting day of finals which concluded in Adelaide last weekend.
Ying Lin and Victoria He have won two titles each at the 2017 Australian U19 Championships in an exciting day of finals which concluded in Adelaide last weekend. Lin was in three finals, but any chance of a clean sweep disappeared when he was unable to overcome local favourite Keith Edison in the men’s singles in the first final of the day. Lin bounced back from this defeat and went on the win the men’s doubles with Kai Chen Teoh and mixed doubles with He.
In addition to her win in the mixed doubles, He teamed with Maggie Chan to take out the women’s doubles in two extremely hard fought games. While in the women’s singles Lauren Lim won her first national title with a strong performance.
