Was Prannoy wrong or Is BAI right in targeting him?

Without doubt HS Prannoy is one of the most talented and unluckiest players of Indian badminton. Sadly, the shuttler, who should have been honoured for what he had done to Indian badminton is now facing a disciplinary action.
