PV Sindhu lone Indian qualifier for BWF Tour Finals
Apart from PV Sindhu's World Championship title, 2019 has been a forgettable year for Indian badminton. The list of qualifiers announced for the BWF World Tour Finals confirms this fact. Barring Sindhu none of the Indians made it to the Tour Finals in any of the five categories. The top eight performers in a calendar year made it to the yearend event which begins in Guangzhou from December 11.
