Bronze for Sussex at Kent U16 Open
Playing in a sports hall that closely resembled a greenhouse, a group of our U16 players made the relatively short trip to Strood to play in the U16 Open on Saturday 25 May 2019.
It was a tough day on court for all the players with Rebecca Moon having a necklace of ice blocks to try and cool her down after an epic singles match. Generally, fun was had by all with a bronze medal coming back to Sussex with Rebecca who came third in the doubles with her partner from Berkshire.
