Eubanks told VM organizers envision Strada Corsa Houston as an annual event to anchor what’s ultimately aimed as a weeklong Houston happening centered around the auto lifestyle and space exploration. They’re expecting 30,000 spectators and 300-plus race entrants, who will enter the festival site via Space Center Houston, where they’ll see exhibits including the Mars rover, Orion space capsule and the space shuttle perched atop a 747, with additional tours to Mission Control and the James Webb space telescope.
