Speedwell Performance Conversions
Hi,
Can anyone give me any information on when this style of badge was used by Speedwell Performance Conversions. A less pristine version of this is on the rocker cover of an A-Series engine in a Formula Junior I have just bought, a 1959 Elva 100.
I know Speedwell had a logo in the ‘60’s, but not like this, so I wonder if this was an early badge, which might align with car year, maybe, perhaps?
I’ve found quite a bit of history about Speedwell, and a few different logos, but not this one.
It’ll be interesting to get in to the engine to see what the state of tune etc is.
