Ryan Peery Wins Top Fuel Harley at IHRA Outlaw Nitro Series — Darana Dragway

Ryan Peery powered his way to the winner’s circle at Darana Dragway this past weekend, delivering sharp reaction times and consistent performance throughout eliminations.

Peery qualified third with a strong 4.319 at 175.58 mph, setting himself up well for race day. In round one, he advanced past Mike Beland, then scored a dramatic hole-shot victory over Bob Malloy in the semifinals — cutting a .0378 light and running 4.213 to hold off Malloy’s quicker 4.195.

The final round came down to execution against top qualifier Jay Turner. Turner went red with a -0.0652 foul start, while Peery stayed disciplined with a clean .0174 reaction and a 4.219 pass to lock down the event win.
